How HighPoint handles information.

This launch policy explains the intended handling of lead and merchant-statement information. Final legal-entity details, provider disclosures and jurisdiction-specific rights require owner and counsel approval before live document collection.

Information collected

HighPoint may collect business and contact details, attribution data, communication and consent records, appointment details, merchant statements submitted with authority, extracted statement fields, analysis results, proposal and onboarding status, and technical security logs.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, provide a statement review, maintain consent and opt-out records, arrange meetings, prepare approved offers, support onboarding, protect the service, meet legal obligations and improve funnel operations without sending sensitive statement content to advertising platforms.

Merchant statements

Statements are intended for private, restricted storage. Uploads should never contain passwords, bank-login credentials, full card numbers, CVV data or other cardholder authentication information. Access, review and financial overrides should be audited.

Service providers

HighPoint may use vetted providers for hosting, private storage, CRM, messaging, scheduling, document extraction, AI-assisted explanation, e-signature, monitoring and security. The final policy will identify relevant provider categories and any legally required disclosures after accounts are connected.

Retention and deletion

Records should be kept only for an approved business, legal or security purpose under a documented schedule. The final retention periods and deletion request process are pending owner and counsel approval.

Cookies, attribution and advertising

Campaign and click attribution may be preserved to measure the source of a request. Statement financial details and document contents must not be sent to advertising platforms. Any Meta or analytics integration must be configured with privacy-appropriate events and disclosures.

Your choices

You may ask to correct contact information, stop marketing texts, or request information about applicable privacy rights. Reply STOP to valid HighPoint text messages to opt out of messaging. Additional state privacy rights, appeal methods and verification steps will be published after jurisdictional review.
