The review service
HighPoint provides an informational merchant-statement review based on the documents, assumptions and approved pricing configuration available at the time. A review is not a guarantee of savings, pricing, processor approval, equipment availability, onboarding completion or future performance.
Your authority and information
You must be authorized to submit information for the business and must provide complete, accurate documents. Do not upload another business’s statement without authority, or any password, bank-login credential, full card number, CVV data or cardholder authentication information.
Estimates and assumptions
Payment statements can be incomplete or difficult to classify. Results may use documented assumptions or ranges and may require human review. Processor, card-brand, equipment, partner and third-party terms apply separately.
Programs and compliance
Surcharge, cash-discount, dual-pricing and similar programs are rule- and jurisdiction-sensitive. HighPoint does not make a blanket representation that a program is available or lawful for every merchant or location, and does not provide legal or tax advice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, upload malicious or unlawful content, impersonate another person, probe another merchant’s records or use secure links outside their intended purpose.
Third-party services
CRM, messaging, scheduling, hosting, document processing, e-signature and processor services may be supplied by third parties under separate terms. The final version will include the required warranty, liability, suspension, governing-law, venue and dispute provisions after counsel review.
